I gave the oil a sniff and taste test this morning -- it's still going strong (nearly 4 months after making it). I store it in a cabinet (which is slightly chilly at the moment given the walls of our cottage lack insulation).

Hi Karen,
We still use our Vitamix quite often. Lately, I've been using it to puree big batches of hot soups and my husband uses it frequently to make protein smoothies. It's definitely an investment, but so far it's been absolutely worth it.
