This weekend I'm in NYC for a much-needed girls' weekend with a good friend. We started our Big City adventure with dinner at
Kashkaval in Hell's Kitchen. I am now happily stuffed full of hummus, pita bread, spinach and feta, and baklava. I have a feeling this is going to be a great weekend!
